I accept walk-ins as my schedule allows. 

Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy:

I require twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice. There is a $80 fee for failure to call and cancel or reschedule. Please note that insurance companies do not pay this, you are responsible for this fee. By not canceling in a timely manner, I am unable to fill the time slot which represents a missed opportunity to my other clients.
